Q1: How do I know which Fit Ree Fitness program is best suited to achieve my goals?

A: The description on each plan is very detailed and accurately reflects both what is included with the plan and how it can used to best achieve your health and wellness goals. In the event that you would like to personally speak with Fit Ree to determine which program is best for you a consultation can be booked.

Q2: How can I book a consultation?

A: Consultations must first be confirmed with Fit Ree before they can be purchased via www.FitReeFitness.com. Please contact Fit Ree via email or social media (FB or IG) direct message to confirm your consultation. Once your consultation date/time is confirmed you will have 1hr to purchase the consultation online.

Q3: I want to join the #FitReeFitness4wkSeries, can you hold a spot for me?

A: No, unfortunately all slots in the #FitReeFitness4wkSeries are "1st Come - 1st Serve."

Q4: Do any of the independent training guides come with in-person or virtual training?

A: No, all independent training guides are for independent training only either at home or in the gym.

Q5: I purchased a Fit Ree Fitness program and it was delivered electronically/digitally, but I cannot find it, can it be retrieved again?

A: Yes, please send an email to Fit Ree Fitness and the download link will be emailed to you again.

Q6: The #WLMLPD apparel I want to order is showing "SOLD OUT" can I be notified when it's restocked?

A: Currently there is no automated restock notification, but the feature is coming. If a product is scheduled to restock there will be a notation next to the product color. ex. Red - RESTOCKING! If the RESTOCKING! notation is NOT next to the color, it will NOT be restocked, if it is, the item WILL BE RESTOCKED!

Q7: The #WLMLPD apparel I want is showing "SOLD OUT" online, do you have it on hand?

A: No, what's available online is what I have available on hand and what's available on hand is available online. 

Q8: I want to purchase #WLMLPD apparel, can you hold it for me?

A: No, there will be no holds or pre-orders. All apparel must be purchased via www.FitReeFitness.com.

Q9: Can I use an alternative payment method not listed on the website - ie. cash, CashApp, Zelle, etc?

A: No, all orders must be placed and paid for via the website. The only exception is placing an order at an event (vendor or popup shop).

Q10: I selected "local pickup" as my shipping method, can I come at anytime?

A: No, purchased items can ONLY be picked up during the designated time frame as outlined in the shipping policy and the pickup notification email. However, if in the event you are unable to pickup your items please contact Fit Ree Fitness to have your item shipped (shipping fee applies).

Q11: I just purchased my #WLMLPD apparel, when will it arrive?

A: Shipments are done Monday-Friday at 12pm CST. If your order is placed before 12pm CST on a business day it will be shipped same day. If your order is placed after 12pm CST on a business day it will be shipped on the next business day at 12pm CST. If your order is placed on a non-business day, it will be shipped at 12pm CST on the next business day.

Q12: Is it safe to enter my personal information on your website?

A: Yes, www.FitReeFitness.com is both web hosted and processes payments via Shopify. All Shopify stores are automatically PCI compliant by default. Shopify’s compliance covers all six PCI standard categories and applies to every store using our platform. Their Level 1 PCI certification  covers my store, its shopping cart and web hosting.
