IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Workouts are programmed for all fitness levels. Weight is not provided in the program, however you are encouraged to start at bodyweight to develop proper form before adding resistance that challenges you, but still allows you to maintain proper form.
- Instructional videos will always demonstrate both proper form and the preferred form of resistance for each exercise, but I will never suggest weight.
- The training program is designed for both gym and at home training with dumbbells/kettlebells, cotton booty bands, latex resistance bands w/ or w/o handles being the only required equipment.
- You can join the series at anytime, there is no start/end date.
