- 6 Week Meal Plan
- Based on your goals

- 3 Workouts a Week Posted by Monday at 4am ET
- Workouts will be posted to the Facebook support group
- Workouts can be saved & completed at a time most convenient for you
- Each workout will have a video demonstrating each exercise with proper form and its name
- Accountability, support, and encouragement over the 6wks via Facebook support group with other challenge members.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Workouts are programmed for all fitness levels. Modifications will be provided where necessary for low impact training.
- Instructional videos will always demonstrate both proper form and the preferred form of resistance for each exercise, but I will never suggest weight.
- The training program is designed for both gym and at home training with dumbbells and cotton booty bands being the only required equipment.
- You can join the challenge without competing- just don’t submit progress pictures.
