This is my 3rd month on virtual training and I love it. Being able to get comfortable in your home
before working out is great. I come home relax and get ready for training, there is no rushing around trying to get somewhere by a certain time. It’s just be ready at 630om for training. I enjoy the content Ree gives us ques to make sure we are doing what we need to do so we maximize the quality of the movement. She also watches us from zoom and sees our form and helps us correct it.Its Just a great place to be for community, support and encouragement! I’ll be back month after month.

Ree is the best! My favorite part of working out with her is how educational she is throughout the whole process… it’s not just about doing the work; she is explaining to you form and helping you understand how to engage your muscles. That’s an essential part to strength training (understanding how you are using the muscles you are training).
