I absolutely LOVE Fitreefitness’s in-person 4-week small group series. This is the first time I’ve consistently stuck with a weight training program, and that says everything.

The workouts are circuit-style and use a great mix of dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, heavy ropes, and bodyweight movements like dead bugs, bird dogs, and planks. We train three days a week (Upper Body, Lower Body, and Full Body), and somehow it is NEVER the same. Ree keeps it fresh, challenging, and fun.

What truly sets Ree apart is her ability to meet people where they are. I have a permanent injury from an accident and can’t use my right arm. At my very first session, Ree modified the workout on the fly so I could still get the full benefit. No trainer has ever been able to do that for me before. That alone made me feel seen and supported.

Ree is incredibly attentive. She watches everyone, corrects form, and gives real motivation (not fake “trainer hype”). The music is always amazing, and the energy is contagious. I am NOT a morning person, but I have been showing up at 5 AM consistently. If you had told me that a year ago, I would have called you a liar 😂.

Her personality is genuine and warm, not the stereotypical performative personal trainer vibe. She’s created real community in the group. Everyone motivates each other, and it truly feels like family. We even have a FB Messenger group that keeps us connected and encouraged.

I’m so thankful for Ree. She has made weight training a HABIT for me. Ree changed my relationship with weight training forever. I honestly love her and this program.

It’s a great feeling knowing that at the crack of dawn when you would rather be in bed to get a little more sleep, that you get to be trained by someone so knowledgeable and encouraging! Everyone that comes to workout is so positive, encouraging and inspiring and to start my day like that I would do it everyday! I love inperson because I know me I need accountability and that push to finish that last rep. Working with Ree is just that, and even when I meet my goals I’ll be right back in the gym with her.
