- Please note this program is designed to challenge all fitness levels. Each participant will choose their own form of resistance - body weight, resistance bands, or dumbbells. Videos will always demonstrate the preferred form of resistance for each move.
- The program is designed for both gym and at home training with the use of RESISTANCE in the form of resistance bands with handles, cotton booty bands, dumbbells, and/or barbells.
